JiLive Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JiLive ("jilive", "we", "us", "the platform") in connection with your use of the jilive website, mobile application, and all games and services offered through the platform. JiLive is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh, offering real-money games including live casino, slots, fishing games, board games, and card games.

These Terms apply to all players on jilive regardless of how they access the platform — whether through the jilive website, the jilive Android app, or any other access method. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game on jilive, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

JiLive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of jilive after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

To register and play on jilive, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JiLive does not permit players under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing jilive from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing account on jilive. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jilive employee.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

JiLive reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

If jilive discovers that a player has provided false information during registration, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited. JiLive takes registration fraud seriously and will take all necessary steps to address it.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jilive. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, jilive reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilive account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. JiLive will never contact you to ask for your password — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to jilive support immediately.

Any activity carried out using your jilive account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jilive support immediately. JiLive cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

JiLive reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where the account is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jilive will notify the player where legally permissible.

JiLive accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jilive account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals on jilive must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

JiLive does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited to jilive must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the depositing account may be reviewed.

In the event of a technical error during a deposit or withdrawal, please contact jilive support immediately with your transaction reference number. JiLive will investigate and resolve confirmed errors within 24 hours. JiLive is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

JiLive offers a 200% welcome bonus on a new player's first deposit. To qualify, the minimum first deposit is ৳200. The bonus is credited automatically to your jilive account upon deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only.

All bonuses on jilive are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳400 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳8,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unused bonus balance will expire.

Bonuses on jilive may only be used on eligible games. Live casino games, slots, and fishing games on jilive contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Certain game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — this will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

JiLive strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to exploit the wagering requirement, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, jilive reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

JiLive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

All games available on jilive — including Midas Fortune, WL Live, Roulette, Jacks or Better, Legend of Perseus, Shade Dragon Fishing, and Ludo Quick — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by jilive or any third party.

The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game on jilive is displayed within the game interface. By joining a game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable house edge. JiLive does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software fault — jilive will void the affected round and return any staked funds to the player's account. JiLive's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final.

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all multiplayer game environments on jilive. Abusive language, harassment of other players, or any behaviour that disrupts the gaming experience for others is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilive and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or interact with the jilive platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on jilive.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jilive's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with jilive's systems, servers, or software.
• Using jilive for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts on jilive for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person on jilive.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit made to jilive through your payment provider.

JiLive monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jilive reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, freeze the account balance, and permanently ban the player from the platform. JiLive will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

All content on the jilive platform — including but not limited to the jilive logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilive or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jilive content without prior written permission.

The jilive name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of jilive's trademarks — including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

JiLive collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on jilive, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. JiLive does not sell your personal data to third parties.

JiLive uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial data. All payment transactions on jilive are processed through secure, encrypted connections. JiLive will never ask you to share your full payment account details via chat or email.

JiLive is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or escape personal problems. JiLive's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JiLive is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

Gaming involves financial risk. By playing on jilive, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that jilive is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

You may close your jilive account at any time by contacting jilive support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any active bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

JiLive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where jilive is required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, jilive reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

JiLive may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilive will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of jilive after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using jilive and close your account. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.
